At the very beginning of his career as a project manager, Kaspar Brönnimann came to conclusion that there are many IT solutions which may serve the implementation of the project in individual special areas. However, none of them is all-embracing enough to support him in the performance of his activities according to his scope of visions. In this way, the visionary decided to develop his own software. His idea has resulted today in an elaborate, mature and all-encompassing generic software named sophilius. It combines the functions of a wide range of tools, shows all the interdependencies of individual subareas, also being used far beyond the area of project management.
In the name of sophilius, such words as “Sophia” – “Wisdom”, and “Philios” – “God of Friendship” from ancient Greek Athens are combined. In this sense, sophilius, as a wise friend will support you in your working life as an understanding and accompanying consultant and grant you more spare time for the important things in life.
Sophilius is when Complexity is simple, tangible and understandable.
Via a sophisticated technology, the user determines which areas sophilius is used for and what information is processed therein. This results in various application areas of the same software: due to its generic architecture, sophilius may be used irrespective of industry, company and role.
